Great service
We have always tried to buy locally. My husband and I have bought 5 new vehicles in the last 6 years here. Apparently under new management they don't care about customer loyalty. Rusty Eck Ford was more than accommodating this time around. I will never do business here again.

Curtis and the sales manager Greg I believe are TERRIBLE...didn't listen to a thing my husband or I said. Also, they have an issue with being smartasses and disrespectful. We walked off in middle of conversation laughing because we couldn't believe how ignorant they were.
Last time I had a horrible experience And I didn’t even show up last time! I’m not sure what they mean exactly about Topping off all fluids but, I thought it meant that the window washer fluid was topped off or filled. This time around everything got topped off and I was completely satisfied and walked away with a smile and I didn’t even complain too, not one person of previous experience! It was like they were having a bad day before I guess!
