What started as a bad experience with one sales person ended up being a great experience with another sales person. Tanner Benton was such a great help. He was willing to become our salesman after asking to switch and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns, willing to spend several hours testing driving with us and treated us great the whole time. (see the update from Aug 2, 2016) I've been promised to be called when parts were in -- didn't happen 3 separate times. I've been promised a phone call with a warranty problem -- it has been a week and I haven't heard a thing. Called in this morning, got a name and number. Still waiting for a call. The bumper-to-bumper warranty means nothing if they won't fix a problem that existed when the car was purchased without charging a deductible. Very, very disappointed in followup. I had the compressor go out on my van, they were able to get me in the next day and fix it for $200 less than they originally quoted me! Since I was over five hundred miles from home, I really appreciated all of their wonderful help!
