I had gone to Midwest eye care for several yrs. I went for my annual eye exam and got glasses . I ended up getting an eye infection and another doctor told me to go back to Midwest and let them know. I went back, paid another co pay and saw the eye Dr. I was given a script for eye meds and told to come back in a week. I explained that I did not want to pay another co pay as I was a nurse and the Dr. stated we will not charge you another co pay. I returned and was told the eye meds worked and I am good now.
