The staff here are very kind and extremely patient. As someone who has trouble with drops and a few of the tests, I am always grateful they don’t rush me and help calm my nerves when I’m feeling anxious.
I was visiting Omaha from out of town. I had what I consider an "Eye Emergency" I forgot my glasses and daily contacts at home. They were open on black friday and helped me with some sample contacts to get me thru my trip. I had client meetings for work on Tuesday and it would have a disaster to be blind. THANK YOU so much! They saved my butt. The gentleman I worked with was and the team there with him were so friendly. If I did live in Omaha, this location would be my choice. It reminded me of my eye doctor back home.
