My first visit with Midwest Eye Care, P.C. was great ! They made everything so easy because it was well organized in every way....from check-in to different eye exams/tests performed. Very efficient and friendly staff made me feel comfortable . The Doctor I saw was very pleasant and easy to talk to , explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure I would have done. I visited Dr. Whitted at Midwest Eye Care and was very happy with my overall experience. Dr. Whitted truly took his time with me and made sure I understood the outcome of his findings. Dr. Whitted genuinely cares for his patients and wants to see you have the best results possible and will do what it takes to make that happen. I had gone to Midwest eye care for several yrs. I went for my annual eye exam and got glasses . I ended up getting an eye infection and another doctor told me to go back to Midwest and let them know. I went back, paid another co pay and saw the eye Dr. I was given a script for eye meds and told to come back in a week. I explained that I did not want to pay another co pay as I was a nurse and the Dr. stated we will not charge you another co pay. I returned and was told the eye meds worked and I am good now.
