My daughter had an exam at the 180th & Q location on Sept 22nd. ( she has Medicade for insurance, she made prior authorization arrangements) she was told by her primary to have an eye exam for chronic headaches. Upon arrival she was treated very rudely. Matthew Willis who did her exam, was abrasive, & short answered. He made rude comments that are not justifiable. He told her,that her eyes are fine no need for glasses. We received a 2nd opinion, she has astigmatism and was told her left eye predominantly does all the work. a... read more
