I received a post card in the mail for $89.00 for cleaning and ex rays....when I got there they asked me several questions to determine if they would charge me extra for a deep cleaning. I NEVER got my teeth cleaning because they told me it would serve no purpose. They want to charge me $1400 for two visits and one filling. This is a way they get people to come in to SCAM them with lies of needing a deep cleaning. I would NEVER recommend anyone to the Lake in the Hills, IL location. BEWARE of this SCAM!!

I chipped/cracked a front tooth over the long weekend and used the convenience of technology to submit an appointment request online directly off of their website. Much to my surprise, I received a call just after 6:30 am the following morning from Megan (super polite) to get me in right away. I am so disgusted with the Suamico office! I had my sons’ and my appointment for routine checkups and cleanings booked for close to 7 months and they called last week to tell me that they are cancelling my appointment. Not my sons’, just mine, because they don’t have enough staff to see me. I spoke to the office manager and she said she will “try” to find an appointment that would work with my schedule. Guess what? She has not called me back yet. I’m still waiting for my appointment Midwest Dental of Suamico. Anytime now.

Dr Le in Highland Heights, OH is the best dentist I have ever had!! She is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She actually listens to her patients and works with you to come up with an excellent treatment plan. I am excited about my upcoming plan and will be staying with Dr Le for all of my continued dental care. I can not recommended them highly enough!

I was employed through Midwest for 3 weeks, in the process of training I was told to do ordering for new Dr so I called lead person for ordering & basically got cussed out saying Dr could use what was in the office! And Kim (Reginal Manager) has such an unprofessional attitude, it made me sick to my stomach. The instruments weren’t getting sterilized correctly, total mess this company is! Never would I ever take my family to Midwest Dental...!
Dr. Kayla Schreiner is amazing with children, she uses "kid terms" and explains everything before working in the mouth!! The Mondovi office is so nice and caring, highly recommended! Keep up the good work :)
