Buy not charring people money right upfront submit it to the insurance first.
I needed work done I waited almost a month, and didnt hear anything from them. so they didnt call to schedule the work needed so I went elsewhere I have been going to them for years.
My husband has special physical needs and this office was wonderful. Even saved the tooth which was difficult for the dentist. very pleased.
Get better dentists!!!!!!!
Midwest Dental seems to be driven by dollars rather than patient satisfaction. My experience with them has been unpleasant at best since their buyout of the private practice (St Anthony MN) where I had been a happy patient for over 20 years. Several events have led me to this feeling. Most recently it was the poor decisions and unresponsive nature demonstrated by the practice and regional headquarters which became the final reinforcement of my decision to seek dental services elsewhere. I went in for my appointment 11/01 I booked out months in advance. I had a cleaning appointment that took 4-5 months to get in the books. Took off work for the appointment. I confirmed via text message 5 days prior. Today when I arrived I was told they canceled my appointment and been trying to contact me for a week. I never received any phone calls or voicemails but I get confirmation texts a few days prior to my appointment, odd. The whole Waldron crew had a dental appointment today. Went to a new dentist (due to insurance issues). Went to Midwest dental in Waukon and definitely giving them an A for service. Really enjoyed and staff and Dr. K made every feel comfortable! Thank you
The last visit was Horrible!!!!! I was Fish Hooked and never seen the Doctor. Never had such of a Nightmare at the Dentist !!!
