Poor dental procedures and diagnosis of my issue. Now I am being charged again to fix an issue that was incorrectly diagnosed? Stay away from this place. Go to a Dentist who owns his own practice and cares about their customers, not a franchise chain that does not care about anything except billing their patients for more money.

Midwest Dental Apple Valley is literally the best. I’d avoided the dentist for a few years after a less than amazing experience somewhere else, and I was greeted with warmth, positivity, and no shame from the amazing team at Apple Valley Midwest Dental. The front desk is pleasant and helpful, Bri is an incredible hygienist who is informative and happy, and Dr. Eaton is by far and away the single best dentist I’ve ever had in my entire life. Staff is friendly, they play good music, everyone is kind and compassionate.
Been going to them for years and had a cleaning appointment scheduled which they called to change because no Dr. was going to be there and since it had been a year since I was in there by law I was required to have an exam before they could clean my teeth. What law I said. Hygienic law she said. I asked if they were refusing to just clean my teeth? She said yes so I said cancel and I will find a new dentist. Ridiculous.
Best dental group I’ve ever experience! Love our Doc, love our hygienist, and love the office staff that make things quick and easy! Awesome for the whole family!!!

I was shocked at how this dental practice treats its patients. I had a tooth removed and the dentist broke the adjacent tooth. She told me that it would need to be fixed in the future and that she would take care of it. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and they scheduled a ton of appointments out.
