We have been Midwest Dental patients for 30 + years. Dr. Kueck retired earlier in the year. Since then, things at the Neenah office have changed dramatically. I Had my hygiene appointment 2 weeks ago. The Hygienist insisted I have my BP taken, mine is customarily 105 over 49. It was much higher than that in the office. After 3 X she wanted to take it once more. I take my BP 3 X a week and I had to INSIST that I did NOT want it taken again before she finally took the cuff off. Dr. Jeremiah Phams at Midwest Dental in Boone, IA has been such an amazing person and dentist. I have extreme anxiety about dental health and between him and the assistants as well as the front office staff I have never felt more comfortable! I have a lot of dental work I need done and I know this is going to be a long process but after my first 2 appointments I am feeling much less dread. huge shout out to them and I would 100% recommend them!
A total SCAM. Will take your money, not complete procedures, and then not provide a refund. Only dummy phone numbers are posted online, so it is impossible to reach a representative. My insurance and I have been trying to contact them for months.

Missy my dental hygienist was so intelligent and my dentist Rebecca was amazing! I was so anxious going in and haven’t gone to the dentist in 10 years because of dentist related anxiety. They talked me through everything and helped to make me as comfortable as possible. They’re so amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is afraid to go to the dentist.
Got me in immediately to have tooth pulled they really put their customers front line
