Back in March 2017 I was quoted $150 out of pocket for two fillings was told my insurance would cover the rest. Wrong. Two months later I get a bill for $189 I feel like i got kicked in my teeth. I do not understand how the insurance system looks on the nice lady's computer when she gives me the quote for work to be done. Middleton location is fantastic. The staff is excellent and organized and the cleanings are always done great, regardless of the hygienist!
