Geri did a great job - opened a clog that was nearly impossible. A life saver.
Great prompt service, quick turnaround on first contact. Had an emergency with main drain back up, got a phone call follow up within 10 minutes and service within the hour. Geri was great, very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and making recommendations on additional steps we mag want to consider. Thanks Geri! And Thanks Midway!

The tech (Gerald Goldberg) came out quickly. Was very friendly. Did a great job. My new water heater looks great.
