Geri did a great job - opened a clog that was nearly impossible. A life saver.
Great prompt service, quick turnaround on first contact. Had an emergency with main drain back up, got a phone call follow up within 10 minutes and service within the hour. The tech (Gerald Goldberg) came out quickly. Was very friendly. Did a great job. My new water heater looks great.
