Midway Services took on my extensive plumbing work for 50% less than all competing bids. And they even fixed a separate electrical problem free of charge. Thanks to Nick and all the guys for completing a big, two-day job smoothly and professionally. From now on I intend to call Midway for all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. Plus, their Discount Club Membership offers worthwhile additional benefits.
Midway has always been prompt & reliable with any service they’ve provided. On this last service call Zach, a plumber, was awesome!! I can’t say enough good things about the process he did on the installation of our hot water heater. He took the time to educate me on where things were, how to turn off water etc in case of emergency. They s--k last year we received letters that new meters have to be installed. These letters requested to have money in by July I sent my $254.00 in September. Each time I called got a run around as to when they would be installed, each time a different install date was given. Called again today I was told it was installed in Feb, requested proof and copy of warranty another run around I was transferred to "supervisor" line which has also been the case in the past. RecommendedGreat service, ease of contact and scheduling Gerald was to our home within an hour on a Sunday and completed the repair, excellent company, highly recommend.
They're the best. Jeff and Gerald are the best plumbers, hands down. Any time I need anything else done I will call. Gerald came out today and was very professional and courteous, told us exactly what needed done and was very thorough. I will recommend them to anyone needing a professional in the Tampa area. They're wonderful.
