RecommendedWe needed a new water heater. The original one was in the attic and was not accessible, couldn't be fixed, couldn't be serviced, and couldn't be replaced. Gerald explained everything to us in great detail and we were extremely pleased with the service He and Midway provided to us to get our new tank in the garage . We were very happy with the outcome.

Paul , a soft spoken kind technician spent close to 5 hours addressing my a/c issues. I feel my air quality will be greatly improved. Midway goes above and beyond in professionalism and thoroughness.
I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning, the office called me back to say they couldn't come out because all staff had training and rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. Got a phone message saying they wouldn't make it today but could rescheduled for next Tuesday. I called the office and spoke with Lisa to find out why they were canceling and was told all there plumbers were busy on other jobs and she would schedule me for next Tuesday. Had electrical work done by Greg 7813 and plumbing work done by Jose 4685. Both gentlemen were very professional and experienced and completed their repairs to my complete satisfaction. I will continue to use Midway in the future.
