The techs are great but the office needs to be more organized. They did not call me to let me know that the part was in but Eric was on it since I had no air and was at the house to fix it . The office forgot to let me know he was in his way

Called on a Sunday. Were very prompt and courteous. Terrence was our service technician and was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done as he went along.
