This was my first time visiting Midtown Smile Center. I moved here a little over two years ago and time had slipped away from me. I knew I needed to get in for a cleaning and soon! I heard about Midtown Smile Center from a friend. I was very happy with my experience. The office is very nice and very clean. The staff is very friendly and put me at ease. I was reminded that going to the dentist can be a pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning.
Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. Very nice office environment and knowledgeable and professional staff. Easy and quick process for completing first time patient paperwork. Also offer very flexible office hours including 7am appointments on select days which allowed me to easily fit a cleaning into my schedule.
Dentist can be intimidating..not this office. Very pleasant. Light hearted, fun environment. Music,comfortable seating.painless procedures all while remaining very professional. ..oh,I love the results too!
Dr. Nikain and Chantel are simply the best. I so appreciate their thoroughness, explanations, friendliness, and attention to detail. Hard to believe I look forward to going to the dentist, but I do.
It may be unusual to say about a dentist appointment, but my Midtown Smile Center experience was a fantastic! The people were all very polite, the office was very comfortable, the hygienist was thorough but not painful (thorough being high priority for me) and the dentist was informative and very helpful, taking time to let me understand everything she was discussing with me. Very positive experience.
Wonderful visit. Fast, service with a smile, love the tvs to keep me occupied and the lack of pressure to have "extras" done!

The best dental experience ever. From the appointment setting via telephone to the plan care which included financial counseling...everything and every one was professional and pleasant. I love the cleanliness of the facility and can't say enough of about the modern technology. Karen my dental hygienist is the best!
1st time @ MSC and the service was exceptional. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. I am going to recommend this dental office to all my friends!
