Midtown Smile is nothing short of awesome. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and puts you at ease from the minute they call to confirm your appointment until the minute you walk out of the door after the appointment. I have and will continue to recommend them.
Not only is Dr. Nikain an excellent dentist, she is as nice, professional and accommodating as one could possibly be. The staff are fantastic, and it's always a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Midtown Smile Center.
I am always nervous about going to the dentist...but the staff, dental assistants and Dr. Nikain were so sweet. There was a schedule mix-up and although Dr. Nikain was scheduled to leave at 1pm, she stayed for my appointment which was scheduled for 1:30pm. Allen, at the front desk, was super nice also. I can't wait to go back! I can't believe I just said that!!
Cleaning is quick and the staff is very friendly. Actually an enjoyable experience.
