Kim did a great job making my son feel comfortable and actually got him to let her clean his teeth. The toy at the end of the visit was an extra added touch. We'll be back!
I originally had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. When I arrived, there had been some sort of a mix-up with the timing. They quickly and easily rescheduled me for Thursday morning with many apologies and kind words. When I arrived on Thursday, they even gave me a considerable Starbucks giftcard to make up for the inconvenience. My visit was pleasant after that, and while it was an unfortunate mix-up, I appreciated their effort in making things up to me.

They have all the the new hitech tools and got me an my two kids in and out in just about an hour. Very friendly, efficient staff.

Dr. Nikain and her staff were fantastic! Dr. Nikain operates with very high standards for first rate care and treatment. I believe that she operates her business very professionally and ethically. Her staff was very thorough with explaining my treatment and showed genuine concern for me as a patient! I was extremely satisfied with my choice of Dentist!
It's always a pleasure to come to the Midtown smile center. The staff is always so polite and kind and the dental hygienist do a great job on my teeth. I wouldn't go to any one else!
I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but this was actually a pleasant experience; which is something I thought I'd never say. Great staff from what I can tell. Dentist was up front about issues I may have. Quick in and out, couldn't ask for more.
