We had a patio covering installed and absolutely love it! It only took about 5-6 hours from start to finish. The crew was nice and professional! We highly recommend them. The quality is fantastic as well.
Vinyl siding/insulation and soffit/facia over existing cedar siding. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship were outstanding. It looks like I have a new house!
On December 30, 2021 the remodel of the 9' by 8' area of my master bathroom was started. I was told it would take about 3 weeks and would be "paint ready" when they finished. They finally completed the project in May of 2022, that is not a typo. Overall, this company was morally okay with pressuring me to start paying for windows that didn't work. Is this the type of company you want in your home for a large purchase? Six of the eleven windows Midtown installed in my home on May 30th do not seal or lock properly. I informed Midtown of this issue the evening my windows were installed and emailed a video of the windows. Two days later Project Manager *** came to my home to inspect the windows. Very satisfied with midtown. We first used them to replace and install a new front door for our home. When it was time to replace our old wood deck, we used Midtown again and installed a vinyl fence. Professional, informative, sets proper timeliness and happy to answer questions or concerns that *** arise. Can't wait to use them for our next project.

Had Midtown Home Improvements install new Windows, Exterior Door and a Composite Deck and am very happy with all the work that has been done and would highly suggest using them for any projects.
DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOMESUPER PRESSURE SALES TACTICS BBB should not allow such a company to be listed as A+I allowed this company to come to my home for a deck estimate. Do not invite them to come to your home for an estimate. This business sent a salesman that used atrocious pressure to get us to sign that evening. I explained to him that I felt he was putting pressure on me with all our company is the best tactics and he told me that I was being rude by not allowing him to finish his sales pitch.
