Midtown did a great job on our new deck. Love the composite planks and very happy with how it turned out. The contractors did a great job on the installation and keeping the site clean.

We learned of this company at the local home show in town and when we met with the representative to discuss replacing our deck, we were provided a thorough presentation that included things like their company values and what to consider, while appearing intentional about their product offerings. This was nice, as the representative appeared to demonstrate great morals and integrity, while not avoiding questions or providing responses that seemed cliche or disingenuous. Very responsive and has called back multiple times to check in to see if you are still satisfied with your project you had done. We did have one lock on our window that was broke when installed. Called them up and the next day we had someone out to fix it.

I cant say enough good things about my new deck that Midtown recently installed. The entire process was smooth, especially with ****** keeping me informed about every step of the process. Starting with an in-person presentation by ***** and *******, I immediately knew I wanted to work with Midtown for my new deck. Sept 25,2020, MidTown Home Improvement knock on the door of our house I hired for demolish and build a composite deck 120 sf supposedly to get ready new deck by Nov 2020 total project $22,200.00. We didn't listen nothing about project schedule for 8 months. In September 2021, one of Midtown's "Canvassers" came to my door asking about our home improvement projects. As a matter of fact, we had been looking to building a new deck for several years. Later in the week they sent a salesman out to pitch their product. We said NO initially because the price he quoted could build a whole HOUSE. My husband and I had a great experience with Midtown-Home-Improvement. We reached out and the same day ***** came out and showed us there products. We were interested in a new deck and they took care of everything. We love how the deck turned out and a shout out to **** he did an amazing job.

After some delays due to weather and my HOA, our fence project was good to go. Work was scheduled to start on a friday but due to more rain coming, the crew asked if it could be pushed a few days to let the ground dry up (which was perfectly fine with me). Crew showed up early monday morning & got to work. Fence was installed by 2pm the same **************** left the job site clear of any trash/debris. Was very impressed & makes it easier to take my dog out now
