Disregarding manufacturing delays, the only issue was that the '******' window in the bathroom was installed upside down.

What they sale you and what they deliver are not the same. We had 11 windows replaced and paid over 15K. They put the blinds back on when the caulk was wet which ruined the caulk work and the blinds. They made a hole in our wall and chipped piece of window pane off. These things can happen, but they should fix what they damaged. I wish I can post pictures hereto show the quality of their work. Their iron clad warranty is only a manufacturer's warrenty, not from MidTown. They came out twice to "make it right" but did nothing.... read more

Midtown Home Improvements, *********, just finished tear down of our old deck and installed a new deck using Zuri decking. New deck is beautiful! Work crew were exceptional in their work quality, interactions with me, care for my property, and clean up each day. I am extremely happy with our new deck. All interactions with the office staff were also great. It is ******* and cold but we cant wait for warm weather so we can get out on the deck.

They did an amazing job replacing my deck. The guys showed up every day for 11 days straight until the job was finished, even with the freezing temps. cleanup was great. I would use them again.
