Today, 03/21/2022, a solicitor from Midtown Home Improvements came to my door in ************ **. I was on a zoom call for work and my dogs were going crazy barking. My daughter went to the door and shook her head and told the man "No" while trying to calm the dogs to not interrupt my work meeting. The man called my daughter and obscenity and walked away. If i could give it negative starts I would. The sales pitch alone was such a turn off to us that we wanted to run. Not only did the salesman completely overstay his welcome for 2 hours in our home after multiple attempts to tell him we were not going with them, but he was also so aggressive it angered us. He used a sales trick of saying he would give a huge discount because they had a time slot open in 6 weeks when they usually book 6 months out! I contracted with this company in good faith with 10% contract fee. They cancelled contract, they still have not refunded my money in over a month. I feel they stole the money and owe additional restitution and someone should go to jail for consumer fraud. The money should be refunded the day they cancelled contract. Very un-professional to deal wit refund.

Great to work with, mid-range, but fair on pricing to have siding and gutters replaced. Towards the end of the project, it was discovered that the gutters weren't ordered, salesman returned to get my confirmation on color, and placed the order. Added a couple days to the timeline, but overall completely satisfied with the results.
