Purchase and installation of two exterior doors. High quality product and very professional installation.
They did magnificent work! Installers were very professional and punctual.
Had midtown remodel are bathroom said it be done in a week but it draged out for a month the work was trash I don't recommend them at all terrible
Had a whole bathroom remodel done. The quality of work was outstanding, all the contractors that were hired were beyond professional. My issue was with Midtown and their lack of involvement once I gave them the deposit. Not once did the project manager from Midtown come to the house and inspect the contractors that were hired. There was a small issue with the plumbing in the shower and I had to be the one calling the contractors to arrange for the problem to be fixed. Less than 10 minutes after I posted the review, I received a call from the company. We had a long talk about my issues and the person seemed genuinely sorry. I was given the offer to change my review to a 4 star in exchange for a $25.00 gift card to a gas station. This project was a $20K+ Remodel job, and the Midtown Home Improvement was a worthless cog. I could not believe that the company thought a $25 gift card would solve the issues.
Midtown put a roof on our home a few years ago. While they are not the cheapest, we trusted the quality of the product and the installers were great. They were great at communicating and they cleaned everything up. We’ve had no trouble at all!
Midtown installed our new roof about a year ago. It's beautiful and doing well so far. Definitely worth it.
I had a fence installed and it is perfect! It was put up in one day while I was at work. It was nice coming home to the complete project! Every single person I had contact with was beyond helpful and nice.
We just had all of our windows replaced by Midtown. In total we had 8 windows replaced. This was our second time using Midtown. Previously they replaced our living room large picture window. They completed the install in less than 5 hours. The new windows look amazing, no more drafts, and are SO easy to open and close. Highly recommend
Midtown is breaching a contract saying that they can't meet mutually agreed to contractual completion date of bathroom remodeling project. I signed the contract with Midtown on Oct 29th 2020 and on December 13th, 2020, General Manager comes back saying the project can't be completed as per the contracted date. As per my understanding, the delay wasn't due to COVID-19 but due to desire on the part of Midtown to save money. Very disappointing. Beware before entering into any agreement with this company.
