I mistrust contractors in general, but this company is very good, solid, and professional. I had siding, soffit, and new windows and sliding doors installed, and it all looks great. The window/door installation was delayed, not because of Covid, but because of extremely cold weather; but that was not Midtown's fault, and i was in no hurry. Midtown Home Improvement is fantastic and timely on their projects. They walk you through possibilities for your home project. They only recommend the best materials although they allow you to select what fits your budget. I've dealt with other home improvement business, where they offer discounts, which means less customer service. Midtown Home Improvement is the exception. The quality of installation of windows and railings was good. Although I had to wait for 3 months but I can’t complain about it. I had agreed to be flexible in terms of timing due to the price that was offered. The high pressure sales tactics definitely needs to be revisited as it backfires and potentially loses the customer’s trust on most occasions.

Professional, beautiful screened in composite deck! City inspector was impressed with the work completed. Very pleased and ready for warm weather to enjoy it. Project was delayed 3 months due to Covid but we weren't in a hurry.
