The Company was great and the installer was professional and responsive and on time each day they were on the job. Only bad thing was the haul away. I had to call more than one time to get someone back out to pick up all the material that wasn't used.

I contracted a deck project costing over $50,000 in June of 2020. It is now March of 2021 and the job is still not complete, yet they have been paid in full. I had discussed a tentative loan with the sales rep with the option of deciding after the job was complete. Midtown activated the loan in June of 2020 without my authorization. I have had to initiate all communication with the company and it appears as if they do not communicate with one another either. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
