Car salesmen who tried to sell me windows I don’t need. We had them over to look at sidings and they said we need to change the windows and that they had nothing to gain by telling us that because the sidings that they offer would be more expensive but the windows have to be replaced first. I didn’t trust them and had several contractors including Pella come out to evaluate our windows. They said the windows don’t need repairing. STEER CLEAR. THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS.

They are very reliable. They kept in touch with me during the process. They totally cleaned up the mess they made, which was hardly any. They didn't add any extra charges, like some do. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Would definitely use them again.

This is a mixed review because I had good and bad experiences with Midtown. But the bad outweigh the good. First, the good. The installer team was great. David, Troy, and Cody. They were professional. They installed my new front door efficiently, yet with great care. They cleaned up as they went along and were cognizant of any messes they were making. Midtown did a complete bathroom remodel of our main bathroom. They did and excellent job from beginning to end. Work performed was excellent, prompt, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them highly.

I got windows installed. With the pandemic going on, I had a very erratic schedule and had to reschedule a couple of times. The scheduler and salesman were incredibly patient with me and very flexible with my schedule. The installer was friendly and cleaned up all of his mess before leaving. Will definitely recommend them.

Midtown had very competitive prices for quality products! The quote and ordering process was easy (if a bit long), they remained in touch throughout the process, the installation team was excellent and professional, and did a great job on our windows.

They replaced windows for me. The windows are beautiful and very high quality. The crew was very professional, prompt and friendly and left my home clean and tidy.
