Midtown worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process for our master bathroom remodel project. Everyone on their team, from start to finish, were professional, respectful and communicated effectively to meet both our expectations and desired outcome. We got the bathroom of our dreams!
Windows themselves seem to be as presented. Crew was fast, efficient and professional. Had issues with the ordering process, initial crew dependability and correctness of window color. We are now going through an extended lead time to get the correct windows because their manufacturer is suffering from materials acquisition problems

Working with this company was extremely disappointing. The communication was poor and attempting to work with my sales rep on a change to my project was difficult to the point he did not even return my call. We had even texted a few time about the issue but no follow up phone call after I left a message for him. Even though we initially spoke about this when he was presenting his sales presentation. Midtown installed a vinyl fence for us. Luke the installer did an excellent job. He was there when he said he would be there and left our yard looking neat and tidy. And the fence looks great.
Love our new windows. We would use this company again and recommend them.
