This is our 2nd time working with Midtown and the results have been great, both times! Our first experience was a kitchen remodel and we just had a deck installed on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the quality of materials and the quality of work. The deck is beautiful and I can rest easy knowing that it will remain in like-new condition for years to come, with little maintenance.

Other than being horrible about communication regarding the project and work dates, the job was done well.
Lacked communication. Window installation was delayed, but I had to contact them for an update. Quality of installation was sub-par
Midtown was friendly and did quality work on our deck install. Overall we are very happy and love our new deck. They were so helpful in deciding on size and overall plan. The crew was also great and kept the site pretty clean. It took them a few days to pickup the tear out trash from the curb but they apologized for the delay and eventually picked it all up. They were very responsive but communication could have been more proactive.
A little difficulty leading up to the actual installation work being done. My specific project, though advertised in their flyer and website was done by an out-of-state company, the manufacturer of the E Shield Insulation products.
