Don't be fooled, the location is often sold as a "quiet" block of flats. However the custodians have no way of enforcing this. In my time there i had issues with a noisy upstairs neighbour, and was told I was "too sensitive" to noise (despite being woken up most nights, people visiting commenting on noise, multiple noise complaints on my part over months!).
