Most awful experience throughout. Having selected Midlands Tricology on the basis that Demi herself suffered from Alopecia, I had hoped for an empathetic experience. However, I found her to be cold and dispassionate throughout- especially with her diagnosis. The consultation took place in an open room with other customers present- something that felt very uncomfortable when sharing something that is both confusing and feels shameful.
