Non professional staff
I find it strange that in this day and age OAP’s like myself & my wife feel like second rate citizens. We’ve in the books at all saints medical centre for almost 13 years. We have tried to keep up with the latest thecnology . But trying to book an appointment online is an impossible task. All you get is there are no appointments available. And you can totally forget the idea of trying to book an appointment over the phone. I had an injury or acute infection that required quick dressings to the wound which had got infected. The staff including the reception, GP, and nurse gave an exceptional service
Doctors are rude to patients, they ignore them. They are also rude at the reception, and they try to scare the patient away.
