Beware! The director has another company trading as ML Foundation who have not paid myself in addition to 100 landlords their rental payments. They have pocketed the payments from local authority and refusing to pass on months worth of rent. They have not responded to requests from legal action either. Not sure how they can show their faces. Respond and rightly pay the investors!

First night there, I signed paperwork and was told how much service charge would be. Being a previous support worker myself there was no risk assessment carried out, no action plan, no discussion on how they are going to support you moving forward nothing just sign and have me keys. Going up to my room I noticed my room had not been cleaned from the previous service user, the room was very damp and the heating does not work what so ever so the room was absolutely freezing I slept in my T-shirt, hoodie and coat with tracksuit... read more
