Midlands Elite provided an exceptional service for me and my family. Rate was very competitive, the driver (Faisal) was ultra professional, well dressed, reliable, car was very clean and kept us informed at all times about arrival times and where he will be when had our return journey booked from the airport to home. He provided water and even arranged booster seats for my young children at his own expense! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using his services again. Thank you
Faisal collected me from the airport recently when my flight was hours and hours delayed. The communication was great and he greeted me warmly, even though it was the middle of the night and I was very tired! His car was spotless and comfortable. This was the second time my family has booked Faisal and we will certainly do so again.
