We had a fantastic experience selling our property through Midland Residential. From the first consultation with Ross it was obvious that they knew the local market extremely well. We didn't get the feeling of a hard sell at all to engage them just a refreshing level of honesty and pragmatism. Ross, Donna and team delivered a superbly professional service that we can not fault at all. We ended up with many viewings and multiple offers and a sale above our asking price. We cannot recommend Midland Residential highly enough.
Overall experience with midlands letting and sales teams over the span of 15 years has been very good. Helpful and knowledgeable staff striving to achieve the best for the customer.
Took so long with the application and after declining it. I had to wait for a whole week more to get my refund. I wouldn’t recommend tbh. The Worst agency I’ve ever encountered. Lmaooo I get a reply after 2 years. Thank God for other competent agencies. Still 1 star 😝
