Stayed at their property on 66 Lincoln street Balsall heath. On arrival the kitchen was covered in thick sticky dirt, pn the counters the cupboards and the floor. The extractor hood was completely crippled with filth too. I complained to them and Concept housing. Nothing was done. The guttering outside my window stunk to the high heavens, again nothing was done. They also tried to enter my room without permission to attempt to do some repairs. They have “strict” rules regarding substance abuse in the houses but after I moved into one a couple was making and abusing a substance in the house and made the house smell of that substance and when I reported it to the support worker nothing was done it clearly stated removal they walked away with a warning which I found extremely unprofessional.
The first property I went to had blood and Faeces and other stuff all over the wall was told it would be cleaned but after 4 weeks still nothing been done to it…… moved to a new property lovely location and that but the way me and my partner have been treated is vile get harassed and bullied by another tenant and the company are not letting us have our say or anything.
