Really happy with Midland EPC. The booking was straightforward, and they were able to work around my availability. Lewis turned up on time and was polite and friendly. He also gave me some good pointers and answered any questions I had. I will happily use Midland EPC in the future.

It was pleasure speaking to the gentleman on the phone who was honest, helpful and saved me money. The property already had an epc and a new one was not really quires It is certainly rare to see these qualities in certain businesses. Certainly a company I will use in the future and will forward their details to other landlord friends etc.
