Horrible. I dont use this facility. But my husband does. Call in fir refills and really took 7 days and had to actually speak to the dr personally to get it done. Sweet Dr but the people around her are rude, obnoxious, and obviously only there fir a paycheck. You couldn't pay me to use these drs

Saw Dr. Gulati for a surgical clearance on Fri. He told his staff to fax it that day. On Tuesday, my surgeon's office not only didn't get the fax, but was told I did not go for my visit. Surgeon and I have been calling Dr. Gulati every half hour since 9:30 a.m., phone is never answered. One nurse did return a call at 10:10 to again tell me I was never there. Whether it's incompetence or just being too busy, most of the staff is inconsiderate and condescending.
Love the staff , dr g they have always went the extra mile for me never had any bad experiences . Been w/Dr g 30 yes and I'll be there hopefully many more
Worse medical facility in the area,hands down.Get a 2nd opinion on any diagnosis they give.
Waiting an hour and a half still waiting. Has been much better in the past.
Horrible place, took me a week just to get them to understand they took my medical coverage, but before i had my insurance company contact them a receptionist doreen, darlene gave me such a hard time, even yelling at me, the dr. Mantica should retire because his attitude was no better, not to mention the fact he never once touched me, very unprofessional people and i would never recommend anyone to go to any of their offices, went and found another ortho dr and hes the greatest. Stay away if you know whats good for you.
Where are people of color and non white, representatives? Racist advtg does not help your rep guys.
