Many thanks to the Chester Urgent Care staff! I brought my son in last night with a potentially broken foot at one minute before they closed and they took great care of him. Everyone went out of their way to help us and get him diagnosed quickly. Thank you so much!
They are going back to their old ways-they actually greet you by your name upon entereing
They double book all the appointments and the average wait time is 2-3 hours. One of my doctors even complained that she was double booked and didn't have time for lunch and then had to go work at urgent care after her shift. That is how mistakes are made! They make mistakes with prescriptions and there is no chain of command. If you have a problem and need to complain, no one cares. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Never get test result always have long wait and never feel like I get good care...getting ready to switch doctors actually this is how I feel about the immediate care....Doctors I do like are Dr.park Dr.Scheecheron they always sit explain things and are very professional
They were great with a sick 5yr old! First time there but will definitely be back in a pinch!
I love Dr. Gulati and his staff. They have always been compassionate and professional and my medical needs are their first priority. I have never felt rushed out of the examination room and if I had an emergency situation they always got me in regardless . If I needed to speak with the doctor they always returned my phone calls in a prompt manner. Middletown Medical has many excellent doctors all located in one facility for taking care of all your medical needs. I highly recommend this facility.
I'm done wasting my time with these doctors. I've been sick for two weeks, I keep going back and repeatedly told that eventually I'll get better. Eventually doesn't help me when I can't breath at night cause of all the congestion in my chest.
Long wait but dr is great and urgent care I been to 2 times and both times I was un and out in 30 min
