I have been coming here for years, but I have never had the experience I had today. I brought my son in with stomach pain we arrived at approximately 9:30 I walked out at 2:15 with no results. They did an ultrasound and made me wait an hour and still had no results. They gave me the excuse that radiology needs an hour to process the images. The doctor asked to speak with me in private. I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had a great appointment with Dr. Napchan. He presented several options for treatment and took the time to listen to what I had to say.
No sense on making an appointment. For example my appt was at 8am and here it's 8:30 now and the Dr is not even here yet. She's always late. The nurses are so snotty. Very unprofessional.
I am very happy to have middletown medical, as longtime patients for over 30 years..this facility has professional doctors and nurses...which have been helping and guiding our health care..for a long time..dolores and rosemare has been very pleased and honored to have our primary Dr.Jennifer. I absolutely love my Dr. here but the constant 2-3 hour wait time to be seen is horrendous and needs to be changed. I might be finding a new office soon.
Dr. Ferguson and his staff are the BEST. Wouldn't go any where else.
Dr Ferguson is thorough, however, waiting over 2.5 hours for an appointment is absurd. Desk staff are rude and don't care. Time to find a new facility.
