I was happy to receive a same day appointment. After my name was called, I spent another 40 minutes waiting in the examining room for the doctor. Not good.
Wait then wait then wait some more! When my Dr had her own pvt practice I was in n out in 20 mins. Now is wait wait wait! Horrible! The staff spends their time one their cell phones and God forbid you interrupt them with question. Unfriendly staff at the Chester facility! Need a change quickly!

Never had to wait that long for drs. Very thorough. All my drs. Are great. They have been keeping me alive! Thank you middletown medical.
The company pushes clinicians to administer a minimum number of billable services..... The whole business model seems to revolve around how best to get money out of insurance companies.... When a doctor has to worry about making a certain amount off of each patient, the patient isn't receiving adequate care.
I was there for an Echo 1/5/2017 .My appointment was at 2:45. The technician Sandra was extremely unprofessional. She had no bedside manner. She was rough! Then when she was done she had me get dressed while she was in the room. Made me feel so uncomfortable! I work in the dental field. Even on my worst day,I never treat my patients the way she treated me. No compassion or empathy...she should not be working with people. Shame on her!!
its always a long wait ...but care is awesome..................,,,,,,
It is always hurry up and wait with them, Although I got lucky this time and only cooled my heels for 45 minutes instead of 4 hours like last time.
