Friendly staff... I was taken in for my appointment within 10 minute'z of checking in... As soon as I was seated in the exam room, I was seen and all my vital'z were checked... And Dr Reich was in to see me about 5 minute'z later... The only 'ugh' iz the parking...
I don't understand why Dr. Sales would delay palliative care to a 92 year old patient. The family is at wits-end trying to get this woman to order hospice care. It's been almost a week and this friggin doctor won't return phone calls.
No way would I ever go back. The staff do not know how to keep their mouths shut!!!! " S" told someone outside of the office about a medical condition one if the clients have. Unprofessional!!
As a new patient I would like to express how completely unsatisfied I was with this place. I made my appointment a week ago for 9:15 am today. I got in at 9 expecting to have to fill out new patient paperwork. Around 9:38, I went to the desk to ask how long the wait was approximately going to be. She proceeds to count the number of people ahead of me that were scheduled from 9am to 9:15. 5 people.... seriously how do you expect to see that many people in such a short period of time. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful and truly care about their patients, amazing people
The care I got was great from the nurse(Victoria) and Dr israel.and I would definitely recommend Middletown Medical for a urgent care situation.
