This rating is based solely on yesturday's visit.I seen comments referring to Dr,,Gapay,90% of the time I have had a good visit with him,unfortunatly I have waited for well over an hour and then they say>>>>DR.G. won't be there!
Sullivan internal medicine, in Monticello, which is a part of Middletown Medical is a joke. Dr Garfield does know what he is talking about. Cindy Gilmore is great and so is Dr Weiss, but the office staff at both the Sullivan and Orange Counties are very bad. They use email to communicate with the Doctors and nurses. You call for refills and you have to call back 3 or 4 times before the refill is sent. And if your pharmacy asks for refills, you never get it! My daughter was there for X-rays. The X-ray technician was great. Caring understanding and even gave us a lesson on her hip bone. 😊
one week and still no word on the scheduleing of pain injection procedure first round had to wait 6 weeks , "FOR PAIN" relief, unacceptable , have to go to street corner dealer for faster help // dr zeng appt wait is over 6 weeks too wtf. todat get a 9 am call on the ans machine called back at 905 cant get thru . voicemailbox or get hung up on holy cow update someone must have read this got 3 calls today next appointment in dec for epidural . 5 weeks for pain shots dammnnnn.
I was in offices within 10 minutes of waiting. I have no problem waiting how ever long it takes because when I do see these doctors I get the best care!! My appointments are backed up by reminders on my email, and a phone call. When it comes to my health id rather wait knowing when I do go in the office, top care and concern is given . I've been going to Middletown medical since 2005! I won't change it if I don't need to. Thank you Middletown medical for the best concern and care

Very irresponsible for Middletown Medical to hire only ONE psychiatrist. Now, thanks to the irresponsibility and pure negligence of this practice, I have been out of medication for over a week.... I am experiencing extremely harsh symptoms of withdrawal... It is common knowledge that once on medication, one shouldn't stop taking said medication abruptly. I am speaking to an attorney first thing Monday.
This is the worst operation I have ever been to. Not only did I not receive my results on time but I was also misdiagnosed and had to have my records sent over to another office which took over a month-and-a-half when I come to find that now I've been walking around with a broken rib and my blood work did not come back okay. Dr. Gulati takes on any new patients and cannot remember to tell the receptionists what he has spoken about with the patients in order to prescribe nor do they call in the prescriptions. Everyone I made an appointment, I waited at least an hr in the waiting room then another 15-30 minutes in the exam room. I wish drs would go back to just sitting down an actually "listen" to the person, they're to focused on the stupid computer.
