REVIEW UPDATE: This is the first time I’ve actually gone back in to edit a review I’ve written online. On Saturday I wrote a scathing review of my experience at Middletown Honda. The service itself was fine, but the scheduling and our expectations were mismanaged—resulting in what should have taken 1.5-2 hours taking more than 4 hours to complete. My experience with the service department has always been outstanding. They always have the parts I needed and never tried to push me into a service I did not want. Today my service advisor Mary greeted me with a smile and completed my transaction fast and friendly.

I took my car in for Honda Service Bulletin 12-087 and was told that the engine had been sealed and I should not do anything but drive the vehicle 1000 miles and return your dealership. I followed directions and went into the dealership last night only to be told that it was done all wrong. The oil was never changed and I had to have it done again. Now, I used 1000 miles of the extended coverage for the vehicle and now I have to drive another 1000 miles. I am very frustrated with this and would appreciate something done abou... read more
I think that place is bs and not a good place to work and the detailer there sucks he is a old 56 year old rude disrespectful pos.
I am a first time car buyer and don't have very good credit. But thanks to Sean Curtin and Christian Diaz helped me get approved for the car I wanted with affordable payments. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I was driving my new car in 3 days. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I have just purchased a vehicle from Middletown Honda. It was a Certified Honda Pilot 2011 EX model. The vehicle looked practically new. My salesman Christian Diaz was courteous, polite, and professional. Although I felt the vehicle was reasonably priced, there was no room for negotiation which I was a little disappointed about. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership highly if you are in the market for new or preowned vehicles!
