I had gone to a previous dealership who sold 3 cars I was waiting for approvals on, and wanted 25% interest rate. I came to Middletown Honda having never really been a fan of Hondas looking into a less than $10,000 car. Sylvia Ortega and Christian Diaz were amazing and showed me instead a certified pre owned 2013 Civic letting me know even though it's a little more money it's easier to get approved for a loan and it comes with warranties.... read more

Great car. I leased a 2016 honda fit; it has great handling, cozy inteior, and an excellent fuel economy. I recently ventured on the highway for about 350 miles, and I averaged 45 miles to the gallon. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service was good. I wish my discounts applied to the lease were more straightforward. I went in and two days later I got my car, hassle free, they're willing to work with you.

I love getting my car serviced there. The free shuttle to the mall is one of those relatively little things that makes a huge difference in the experience. I went and saw a movie, came back and the car was ready. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Great dealership!
Highly recommend buying your first new car from these guys. They were very respectful, informative and provided answers to all my questions.
