After shopping around for a Honda at several Honda dealerships my husband and I went to Middletown Honda. They gave us a fantastic deal and kept in constant communication with me. They understood my busy schedule and accommodated me very well. I was able to discuss things with them over the phone and through text message when needed. Anthony and Alex when out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them!

The service department is just horrible. I dropped my car off for a recall. I made sure they had the part in stock before I brought the car there. I was told no part needed and it would take an hour and half to 2 hours to finish. 5 and half hours later I have to come back because they have to order a part. This is my 2nd time I've had this happen. I will never be getting any service done here again. Extremely fast! Less then half the time they allotted for the work. Out of there way polite
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Not hassle free. I purchased a vehicle recently on a trade in and paid cash. I was told they would process title/reg in Pennsylvania for me. They sat on my title and registration for 3 weeks while I drove around with a temporary plate. Then they decide to tell me that they can't process my paperwork with the state of Pennsylvania and I will have to pick up the paperwork and title/reg the vehicle myself.
