At Mohawk Honda the staff there are very helpful I'm so please with there services
This was my first time dealing with Middletown Honda. I must say from the moment my husband and I walked in the door the staff was polite and courteous. Our salesman Josh went above and beyond and still to his day if I call he will try and help. This is one of my best experiences at a car dealership, I will be returning in the future. I would also Like to add that I had my car serviced today there and Shane Smith in the service center was Awesome. I highly recommend Middletown Honda!

I've purchased two cars from Middletown Honda and I had a great experience both times. My newest car I purchased last May, is the Honda CRV LX, which I'm totally in love with. Both times I purchased a car I was helped by Artur Anuszkiewicz. I very much recommend going to him if you are looking for a new car. He is friendly, patient and helpful. I had my first car for about eight years and was able to call him with questions up until I traded it in. Truly, I would go back to Middletown Honda again and again!
Their entire staff was awesome, from the first employee that we met, to the last one. Everyone was so friendly. We were from out of town, and trying to find their business while one of their employees was awesome helping us to locate it- he even said that if they had to, they’d come find us! Went there this weekend. Staff isnt very helpful. You won't get any deals at all and they give low offers on trade in' s. They offered $3000 less than where i ended up buying a car. And ive never owned anything but a Honda. This experience made me turn away from buying hondas ever again. The sale was theirs but the service lost them the sale. Do yourself a favor and go to Johnson Toyota not even 2 miles down the road. They are friendly, fair, and helpful. Ask for CJ when you do.
Gotta say I was nervous about inquiring for a new car. But Sylvia was very personable and made it easier to talk to about different financing options. Been several days and I'm happy with the 2018 HRV. Thank you so much!
