I purchased a 2018 CRV Touring. Like many people, I dread shopping for cars. I did a lot of online searching and spoke to a lot of dealers. Then I called Middletown Honda and Spoke to Chris G. He was great to work with. No high pressure sales. He gave me a great price and took time to answer all of my (many) questions. We did most communications via email... which I love! Beware about trading in a car with Middletown Honda traded in a car a few weeks ago and Honda never sent the check to the bank for the rest of the loan and they haven’t answered my calls and refuse to call back completely unprofessional in the way they handle their operations
Truly the best experience from beginning to end. VIP attention for sure specially receiving it from the general manager of the dealership, Stu Berkley. Thank you for making this transaction hassle free and smooth. I purchased my car a couple weeks ago and am loving it! I was in a car accident prior and was in a bit of a rut when I found my car had been totaled. Jason Scurville was my salesman and explained all my options throughly and got me in the car I wanted and needed in no time. The process was smooth and easy.
