Horrible customer service. I went to middletown honda to see what was going on with my keyfob. My car is a 2016 Honda civic. I purchased in April 2016. So it is literally 3 years old. While at Honda was spoken to as if I was a child. My keyfob doesn't work, and I told them that. I told them the battery in it was brand new. They proceed to tell me I need a new one. Then they put one in and see for themselves that it didn't work. They said I need a new keyfob. I asked if it could be re-programmed (which I was told it could be)... read more
I had a great experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated today! My service guy made sure I was out in time to pick up my kids from school and the shuttle guy Bobby made my day with his kind words and in taking me to the post office to get two errands done at once!
