ALL THE STAFF WERE THE BEST!
Always trying to gouge you for unnecessary repairs. Takes forever to do a simple inspection and doesn’t update you when they’re taking forever. Also doesn’t offer explanation of issues. Very unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone. Will be purchasing/servicing next vehicle elsewhere.
Ed Folkl helped make buying a new car a smooth and stress free process. The entire team was punctual, pleasant, and showed exemplary customer service.

Under the current circumstances of a pandemic, we felt that Middletown Honda handled the purchase of our 2016 CRV with exceptional caution and care. I dont recommend using them at all. they try and take advantage of the elderly. Moorehead honda is where we do our honda buisness now.

They take advantage of the elderly by misquoting repair costs .
Service Dept absolutely sucks! Take my car in for the B126 Service drop it off at 5am work is still not complete at 3pm.. More worried about calling myself all day to get approval to change the transmission fluid ($400) which is not included in the B126 Maintenance which also cost ($285) Instead of doing the work that is authorized. NO MORE HONDA'S//BUYERS BEWARE..
