Just bought a 2016 CRV- had a great salesman- ART and made the experience easy . I would recommend them .
The only reason I'll even give a 2 is because the buying process was great. The Service Dept., however, is seriously lacking. It took 5 visits over 6+ months to fix a simple rattling noise in our brand new vehicle - on the 5th visit we finally did a drive along with the technician to show them the noise. Honda confirmed our appointment twice, yet when we got there no one could find our appt. anywhere. I purchased a brand new Honda Pilot at a different dealership (Middletown didn't have what I wanted at the time). The second day I had it I noticed a problem with the lift gate. I called the dealership where I bought it and spoke with the girl who had gone over all the instruments with me when I bought it. She could not identify the problem and said I might need to bring it in, she would check. We got cut off. She called back, but immediately we were cut off again. The salesman was rude and nasty and when I tried calling the general manager for sales he never called me back , I will never go back there.
